ND Dept. of Labor and Human Rights, has been
scheduled for hearing on Thursday, March 10, 9:00 a.m., before
the House Government & Veterans Affairs Committee, in the Fort Union

Suggested
comments - feel free to put in your own words:
Changing
the name of the ND Dept. of Labor to the ND Dept. of Labor and
Human Rights, in SB 2245, will make it easier for people in North
Dakota to find the Human Rights Division in the ND Dept. of Labor.
Two-thirds of the work of the ND Dept. of Labor is now in the Human
Rights Division, and this name change will reflect that increased
responsibility of the Department.
